In what languages can I communicate?
Nous sommes vraiment désolés, but that's about all the French we speak. Unfortunately our consultants do not master the French language. We hope to expand soon with French speakers, but for now communication is in English only.

Can you give an cost indication for a standard Power BI report?
The costs of a report depend on the time required, this then depends on the complexity of the desired solution. Because every solution is unique it's impossible to give an exact price upfront without knowing the situation. However, it is possible to give a rough estimation:

To get started with Power BI you're typically looking at an investment of about €6.000,- to €8.000,-. This includes the complete project from A - Z including implementation and after sales support. The result is a well designed Power BI of about 3 to 6 pages that refreshes automatically and so providing you with up-to-date business insights.

How long does implementation take?
As for the price, much is dependent of the complexity of the solution. For a standard Power BI report you're usually looking ad a lead time of about a month. Within this period we regularly check-in with you to show preliminary results and double check if we're still on the same page.

Is my data safe with you?
Business Intelligence.lu does not store your data. When creating a Power BI report the data used is copied to the Microsoft Cloud which is highly secure. If you're already a user of Microsoft 365 this might be the very same cloud that already holds your emails. Please refer to this website for an overview of the security measures Microsoft has taken.
